Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using OneMorning, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. License
PacificTones grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use OneMorning for normal personal use, subject to these Terms and the applicable terms of the Apple App Store.
3. App features
OneMorning provides weather, calendar, route, traffic, and theme information to help you plan your day. Weather information is provided through Apple WeatherKit, while map search, routing, and traffic information are provided through Apple MapKit.
Information provided by these services may occasionally be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. OneMorning should not be used as the sole source of information where accuracy or availability is critical.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use the app lawfully and safely.
- Do not interact with or rely solely on route information while operating a vehicle. Always follow actual road conditions, signs, and applicable traffic laws.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the app or related services.
5. Apple and other services
OneMorning uses Apple WeatherKit and Apple MapKit to provide core functionality. Use of these Apple services is subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
OneMorning may also connect to PacificTones services to download optional theme content. Availability of online services and content may change over time.
6. Advertising and accounts
OneMorning does not require an account and does not contain advertising or use advertising SDKs.
7. Availability
We aim to keep OneMorning and its supporting services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features that depend on network connectivity or external services may become temporarily unavailable.
8. Disclaimer and liability
OneMorning is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PacificTones makes no warranties regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or reliability of information provided by the app or external services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PacificTones is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use OneMorning. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update OneMorning or these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the app, its services, or applicable requirements.
