Applies to OneMorning for iOS

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using OneMorning, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. License

PacificTones grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use OneMorning for normal personal use.

3. App features

OneMorning presents weather, calendar, route, and theme information to help plan your day. Weather, map, traffic, and search results depend on Apple services and may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.

4. Your responsibilities

Use the app lawfully and safely.
Do not rely on route information while operating a vehicle; follow road conditions and traffic laws.
Do not attempt unauthorized access to the app or related services.

5. Third-party services

OneMorning uses Apple WeatherKit and MapKit for core functionality and may connect to PacificTones to load optional theme content. The applicable third-party terms and policies govern those services.

6. No advertising

OneMorning contains no advertising and does not use advertising SDKs.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PacificTones is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
